To install a wallpaper on your desktop: click on the size required to enlarge, right click on the picture and click "set as background" from the popup menu.

To use an existing wallpaper on a larger screen size can be achieved using the STRETCH function : START->SETTINGS->CONTROL-PANEL->DISPLAY->BACKGROUND- in the "Display" drop-down menu choose "STRETCH". That will make a smaller or bigger wallpaper automatically adjust to fit your screen
